Players limit on kobold

Is it real that the limit of players on kobold is 60??
I couldnt check it becouse my server never had more than 10 players xd, but i was checking the config files and at realm_server.conf it says this:

# Maximum number of players on the realm. Excluding GM's
# Default: 50
#
RealmPlayerLimit = 50

if i change this itll change the players limit?

it was posted before that the player cap can't be changed. it's implemented in the code by the developers and there is no way they change it
