"Unterminated Block"

It sounds like something hasn't shut down on your server, or is still running in the background that might be using your optional-conf file.

Try restarting your system, then run your server again.

Unterminated Block means that the config file mentioned has a typo in it basically. Look through the config for any mistakes you made the last time you edited it. Try looking for a missing closing > somewhere.
