Please help me with a little problem

I have set the Account Creation Page, for my Antrix WoW Emulation.

But there is one problem, every time i opening the page this Message appears

Error: Unable to connect to MySQL server. MySQL reported: Host '>MyComputerName<' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server.

please tell me what i have to do..to remove this problem.

And another question, how i can change the Address of my Accoun Creation Page? I Use XAMPP to load it up!



Ps: I think the scipt connects with my Server, because i can see the "Players Online Message"

Open Navicat or SQLyog and go to user-permissions.
Add user root@% with the same password as root@localhost and don't forget to give permissions on the db
