please help with mangos running on vista with xampp... !

Like, my serVer works, xampp works its says its secure and so on but like i instal reinstal and soo on but i cant go inside security like it shoe : FORBIDDEN FOR CLIENT 62.85.123.6 so i need to make alle conf and so on manualy....

like i downloaded and configuratet wow web and the problem is the same like nobudy cant enter my pc, but like if i turn on hamachi, edit configs and so on, they can play on my server ...

i dont understad the problem, like all is done but i cant get it online, like they cant enter my even my phpmyadmin adnd so on like it shoes not found and soo on like my pc is ofline for them,

so WOW FANS WITH VISTA HELP !!!

P.S. I HAVE WINDOWS VISTA ULTIMATE ON AMD 64 X2 SORY FOR ENGLISH IM FROM LATVIA !

i listen to all sugestans exept instal xp reinstal hamachi etc. :( pease help im desperate im working on server ~3 month so realy please help.... make sugestions and so on....
