well i go to the master stable, and i learn equitation spell for lvl 40, because for the lvl 60 i need equitation rank 39. But the problem is i can't to take a horse for lvl 40, I need minimum equitation rank 1, but i can't take for for lvl 40. What's the problem? How can i fix this, i think it's a bug...
