Okay, so I put the ad.exe file in my directory where WoW.exe is. I double click, an MS-DOS window appears, flashes text faster than I can see, and vanishes. No maps, no changes, nothing.
What gives?

Make a folder in there called maps first, then run program.
Hmm, it worked, but I've got random numbers for the maps, like 0, 1, 13, 25, 29, 30, 33, 34, 35 and so on. Is this normal?
yes.
As long as mangos takes them, they are fine.
Most of todays core packs contains the new map extracter anyway.
Hmmm...it worked, and now for my next problem, I run antrix.exe and it attempts to connect to my Default Logon, but it keeps failing.
Any idea?
I know very little of Antrix, sorry.
Im a mangos person myself, but there are other people that have had this issue with Antrix, and there are many posts on this topic.
Im sure you will find something that will help you out.
Hmm, thanks for everything, Ryu. :)
Oy, more problems. I'm stuck at Authenticating, and when I go to HeidiSQL or Navicat to go into the Accounts table, there is no Accounts table. So I can't make myself an account. Do I have to make an accounts table myself, or what?
