Double check these settings.
1. Open up your database program (SQLyog etc) and navigate your way trough the realmd database then to realmlist table. In there make sure the ip address listed is your ip address on the lan e.g. "192.168.0.1" and not "127.0.0.1".
2. Open your realmlist.wtf in your W@W directory and make sure the the realmlist ip address listed there matches the one in your database e.g. "set realmlist 192.168.0.1"
3. Repeat step 2 on as many client pc's as required.
The ip address's in the mangos config files can reamain at their default i.e. "127.0.0.1" or "localhost".
