problem with mangos serv!!! can`t create hero

oh people help me about this poblem i have full sdb 0.5.4 mangos rev 2838 maps from mangos rev 2888 and dbc from 1.12.1 help me
when i try to create hero it is ok but nothing happen it is typing me creating character and there is button cansle and then it is taking me back to the character toolbar and there isn`t the character :(( help pls
