Profession "Create All" button only makes two...

So you know the button that says "Create All" when you're in a profession window like Leatherworking or First Aid? Well, mine, when clicked only makes two of the item in question. For example:

-I have twelve (12) Linen Cloth.
-I click the Create All button to create Linen Bandages (at a cost of 1 Linen Cloth each)
-The number changes to a 12 and my character begins making a bandage.
-When the first bandage finishes, the number changes to a 1 instead of 11.
-When the second bandage finishes, my character quits making bandages.
-I still have ten Linen Cloth in my inventory.

It seems that instead of decrementing the count by one, it's setting the count to one.

Now, I know that this issue is localized to one character. My other characters, and characters on other accounts have no problem queuing a stack of "create item" commands. I've even tried moving the character to another account with no change.

Does anyone have any idea what could have caused this?
