Okay. Series of Questions i would like answering

1.

How do i make a wish stone. This is What is used in WoW Lord and some others. Which consists of a little stone you have, which allows you to say Teleport anywhere you want. Open up a Shop. ETC.

2.

How do i make you start of with items. Ive always been wondering this and i would really like to know the answer.
