question about flying, mounts

was wondering if u can use flyign mounts anywhere casue when i try to fly in the eastern kingdom says i cant or the mount dosnt fly i remeber in beta u can but is their a way in the retail?

phoneix can fly anywhere i think. same for the bats/giphons if i remember right i know some do and some dont.

once again.. resinate is wrong..
you can only fly on certain maps...
ie outland..

there are a few tricks tho..
ie.. mount.. then while its almost mounted..
use a teleport.. then it should work..
this works on official wow to.. atm..
