Question about Mangos

1.) Is it a stable client?

2.) Which pack is best, and of it, how much of it actually works? I.E., Spells, talents, typical game features, etc.

3.) Most importantly, do item stats translate to the character? Can I equip a Lionheart Helm, and it will actually bump up my DPS : ) ?
