Question about Mangos

Hello,

I currently hosting a Mangos 1.12.1 server and I've been wondering how I might go about doing somethings:

I would like to add a Tier 1-3 Vendor, 1-100 level area(Hyjal), and maybe a Teleporter NPC that teleports you to every place.

Does anyone know how I might go about doing this? I remember in WoWEmu you could download separate repacks, but I haven't found any fit to Mangos.

Where did you get the 1.12.1 repack? I cant find the mangos 1.12.1 repack that i had before :/

I'm just looking for how to add custom npcs/areas or special repacks into my current "stock" mangos server, thanks.
