Go to https://www.dyndns.com/account/create.html and set up an account (free).
Depending on you needs:
https://www.dyndns.com/services/dns/dyndns/ - For dynamic (frequently changing WAN IP) DNS
https://www.dyndns.com/services/dns/statdns/ - For static (non-frequently changing WAN IP) DNS
Click on the "How-To" link for directions in getting set up.
Use Current IP Check to check your WAN IP, which you will need to put into the address field in your realmd database, realmlist table.

u say u want a REAL ip, but you have a real ip already. what you want is a no ip account, like a router. i think in no-ip.com you must pay (if i'm not mistaken), if you must try the link the wolfman gave you, it's not hard to make an account there

Sorry bulgarian, but if you're connecting to the internet... you have an IP. When you say "i want router", that means one of three things:
1. You're going to have to buy a router (which routes IP traffic).
2. You really mean you need your IP translated to a domain name (like bulgarian.no-ip.com).
3. You really mean you need to redirect port 80 for web, because it is blocked by your ISP.
The question is, what do you really want/need?
I took it from your original post that you just wanted to get your server accessible from the internet, and seeing as you were "tired of no awnsers" when it came to getting that done, I thought I'd offer some help where you had found none before.

but dunno how :| and i`m comfused couse i don`t understand english and computers very well .... :D
If you have found guides, which guide you on how to make an Internet server using dynamic domains, and you don't understand them, then don't bother on messing with "making a server" anymore. It will confuse you even more. Play in one that is already online.
