Do you guys know how to make the levels to where players can like only go to 250 and gms and admins go to like 255??

Also, how can i get my sever up and running on vista (public i mean)
how can i find out npc emotes like to make the sit on a bench for l70etc
concert.

Dont think there are any ways to do that.
But you can make the level cap 255 and dont make custom mobs.
Then they can be like lvl 75-80
