[question] ascent>wotlk>bug's>custom npc's+portals

I'm working on a new ascent server and lately iv come onto some glitches and was wondering if i could get some help with them.

1st of all i want my server to be a lvl 80 wotlk server... i have the death knight spawn codes and already have a custom frozen throne instance but one problem... the death knights keep missing whenever they try to hit me... also, the server came with its own lich king but i want a different name for it... i want the name to be

____Arthus____
<The Lich King>

and on top of that the lich king doesnt even hit me...
so i was wondering if any one could tell me how to fix this.

i also need to make some custom npc's for a "stranded caravan" than I'm going to put on the way up the the frozen throne instance.

i also need to know how to mod the levels of npc's

now, not to drag on but i also would like to know if there are any custom portal makers or tele npc makers that i can use.
