    in creature_proto or in game .mod damage 9 9 and click on the creature

    skill/spell damages?

    i didnt mean their plain hit/hack/slash damage, i meant the lighting/fire/ice/shadow/and many more spell damages

    for instant... if i were to edits illidan's Fireball where should i be looking?

    that i really don't know how to edit spell . I even try to do that and i don't think you can do that

    Go to ascentemu.com
    and search for agents editor

    the DBC....all spells are done via the DBC thus you would have to edit the values in the DBC to change how much say your E.G Illidans fireball hits for if thats what your after anyway other than that scripts and ai_agents(as jugg said)
