[Question] Getting Server Public

Hey... I`m Not A rookie in making private servers... but not for making servers public... got two servers for myself on windows xp and now vista...

The only problem is that i just cant get my server public... tried lots of links that are here... including the [getting your server local without hamachi] but it even doesnt work with it... tried doing no-ip.com but doest work also... i can connect but no one else cant...


Another thing is that ,where i live, there is only one ip for all the computers... can you help me get it fixed so atleast someone could get logged in ?? Thank You For The Help...

If you followed the guide word for word, there's not much else that can be done.
