How may I create my own spells?

I'm hoping there is a program for this.

I've tried looking around and searching, but with no luck :(

Btw, I'm using Mangos. :)

Of course it is broken - look at timestamp. I dont think there is an easy way of creating spells - correct me if I'm wrong - but doesn't spells are in *.dbc files and in order to use them you should also add entry to your db. I think you will have to create a patch with spells definition that all your players will have to download. -> Again if I'm wrong please correct me because I never done it but I think it is true.
