Question:How to change home location on beginning?

It's under the playercreateinfo table. You should be able to figure it out from there.

You'll need to change the zoneID, mapID, X, Y, Z, and orientation values.

where could i found zoneid and mapid for eye of the storm battleground?

Go to the exact area you want them to spawn at the type .gps and it should give your your map id x-pos, y-pos and z-pos.
