    Question: Setting up self-server

Sorry for the post, as I am sure it has been posted numerous times before, however upon searching, I got this:

    Code:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 35 bytes) in /home/ragezone/public_html/forum/search.php on line 1011
I am looking for information (not going to lie, basically a walkthrough) on setting up a private server (mainly for my own use). I have the SQL server running (nothing on it), and have done this before a long time ago. I also have NaviCat installed, and this is how I remember setting up my old server...by executing the .sql files inside the SQLBrowser.

As I said, it has been a while, and I would like to tinker around with some of the new WoW content in TBC. I have Patch 2.0.12 (6546) (Release), with TBC installed, as well as these files (nothing has been done to them yet):

    • CompleteSDB156-Mangos3462
    • mangos rev3462+scriptdev2 rev34+honor0.71+mch1.5c NO_SAVE by Maxi
    • MapExtractor
    • WoW1121DBC
This guide was the first I found recently, but I remember it being a lot easier without messing much with the command prompt. Also, I had a lot of errors attempting to use this guide. I probably am either lazy, stupid, or both :P.

    /em gets Flame Shield.

Anyways, thanks again for the help!

Also, what are the best repacks, etc. to use for my server?
