Question when starting New install (Mangos)

I am using from scratch:

release 4107.rar (Core)
PS_mangos_rev11.rar (DB)

Can you guide me a little.

In the SQL folder there is a ScriptDev 75 Folder and an Update Folder.

Do i have to choose which folder i want to update ?

If that is so, say i choose the scriptdev folder,

I update my MangosD with the main DB then...

scriptdev_full.sql first ?

then do all the ones in the update folder ?

Or do i have to do all the updates in every folder within the SQL folder.

I think i understand the mangos updates because they say what version by its name.

The script dev totaly confuses me. as the names ie r63 is not much help

if it is a new install do you simply add in scriptdev_full.sql ? or do i also add un the updates as well ?
