[Question] Where do I get a webpage for Ascent?

I am using Mafiaboy's Repack found via this website. It's Mafiaboy's Repack V2 the one that boast no loading screen problems. Server is public and everything runs FANTASTIC.

However, what do I use, where do I go, to get a webpage so that users can automatically create their accounts? My skill in MySql on a scale of 1 - 10 is negative 48. I know about as much as creating, deleting, and backing up databases and editing a table or two.

I basically need to know where to get a website structure to amend the accounts table in the ascent database.
