How can i let people talk? (cuz i can,t)
How can i add items (.additem .addweapon) useully don't work
how can i make my ride skill high?
and last but not least.
How can i not get stuck when ressurecting(i get stuck in my old body)

hmm your commands could be messed up or you could be doing them wrong, to add gold you should try .modify gold 10000 try that and tell me what happens.
