leftclick wamp5 in your bottombar, then press Mysql
open my.ini and search for 3306 edit to anything like 80 / 90

if you're not using Wamp.. you browse to C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0 (or wherever you installed mysql to and open my.ini there, then search for 3306, and change to the port you wish(i'd advise against port 80, as it's the default port for webservers).

alternatively, browse to C:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\bin and run MySQLInstanceConfig.exe and change the port in the config using that.
