[Release] Ascent Patch 2.3.0 Database Fix

Here is a Database Fix for WoW Patch 2.3.0
YOU MUST RUN IT IN BOTH WORLD OF CHARACTER DATABASES

Instructions:
1. Download the File
2. Open the file in Notepad
3. Copy all Content
4. Paste the Content into SQLyog (Make sure you have a db selected)
5. Press Ctrl+A
6. Click the Green Arrow at the Top Left of the SQLyog

It will take a while and the WILL be error's.
But when i did it, i can now run my server on 2.3.0

What fix is this supposed to fix actually? -- suggestion post what your fixing with a fix so people can see the issue and respond to it :)

ie. does it just allow thoes who cannot connect to a server on a 2.3 client? or is there more?
