I got a problem, i configured DB handeler right but when i try to hit Save&exit it says:
Your configuration file is wrong, modigy your options...
#42S02Table 'mangos.item_loot_template' doesnt exist.
i cnat do anything there and i really want to.
how do i solve this problem?

This problem says that you have an old database, you must update your database in order to use the latest MDH version. Otherwise if you don't want to update you will have to use an OLDER version of MDH.
Hmmm 1 thing..
Got same error, but i have last database ( sdb 0.5.3 - is it last?:) )
So whats wrong?
Or maybe i am instaled it not right....but all make and servers run well....

I have installed the newest revision 294.
And your Database Handler want to find a row in the sql database named: game_addons which have been deleted in the newst rev versions.
The error looks like this:

I fixed mine by inserting the game_addons table from an older DB. MDH now works fine, and haven't noticed any adverse affects from it. Can always delete the table if it causes problems, but so far so good.
Give it a try and see if it helps.
*note* Just updated MDH to 196 and it connects fine without needing the game_addons table. So I have removed it once again from the DB.
Ok got it to work are a wile had to add the game_addon then drop it which made my character table crash...
Had to fix it and then i got DBH to work.. Any way now it seems to be working just fine;)
Yep guys, remember to update MDH to the latest revision cause i update the program as soon as the developers release updates. :)
P.S. Sorry for the waiting for the new revisions but my real life is getting occupied. Just a few more days and i'll be back for good. ;)

Well when im trying to find something with the database handler I just get an error saying "connection must be valid and open":newbie:
As i said please be sure that your configuration is correctly configured.
If it is then be sure that the database in up-to-date to the latest available revision.
And check that mysql allow remote root connection. :)
I have a problem with the latest DBH,
When i edit the Deathcharger mount or whatever its called, i change the required lvl to 1. But i still cannot use it in the game. It still has lvl 60 req.
I have restarted the server after i changed this.
Anybody know of any good place with alot of tutorials for mangos on how to edit different stuff. And how to add npc
