[RELEASE]Tier 1 on a new character!

I thought i would share this with everyone cause im cool. Basicly everytime a new character is made they will have Tier 1 on. Good for a funserver i think. I do take credit for this i made it! Download it if you want and tell me if you have any problems, shouldnt do its pretty simple lol.

Remeber before excuting the files, right click on playercreate_items and empty the table! Have fun!
