this is pointless espicially for the wow section there are already quite a few topsites you can use and are absolutely free, you just have to make an account

are you sure you did not mean for this to be in the maple story section? and i do not get what you are saying if u wont to change a picture than all you need to know is basic html and edit the code that they give you or are you trying to tell us of a new topsite b/c i do not think some one is going to move to a new topsite if nobody is there so plz elaborate on what you are talking about?!?
