Renting dedicated server

Hello, I have a dedicated server in Chicago, IL that is not currently being used, and would like to know if anyone is interested in 'renting' it for a small fee (just so I can cover the mostly cost).
I can provide RDP, and 'unlimited' resources (I have other boxes to expand to if you would like). I own the rack and have a gigabit drop going to it and bandwidth will not be an issue (as long as you stay within reasonable usage (500gb/month etc.).

I can even provide you with a 10-day trial in which you can setup your stuff and see if it's enough to suit your needs (no strings attached on this offer).

Note1: I have very little experience setting up a Private WoW server, so that would fall into your hands.
Note2: You will be asked to use a shared mySQL server in the same box (it's currently empty, however I need to reserve some space for my own), the database will be private and of course, I will not touch/modify any data.
