[REQ] Ascent Mall Stuff

Hi

im looking for a few things for my mall, i already have vendors sorted so thats one less things to worry about.
Im using Ascent 3757 and NCDB 1111.

I would like either a already made one link or a guide to create these:

WarpNPC - i have found a few but they dont seem to work, keep getting a error and my comp wont let me get that visual program so i cant compile my own.

Inn Keeper - im not sure how to create my own one. I can create the NPC but cant get him to say the option of setting HS to him.

Neutral Mount trainer

I've no experience with programming, but I can help with that last one. Go into your database and find either the horde or alliance flying mount trainers from Shadowmoon, and change their faction to 35. If you'd like, you can change their name, etc., as well. To my knowledge, they should teach all the ranks of the riding skill, and faction 35 is friendly to all players. If you set faction to 1719, they'll be friendly to all and they'll attack hostile NPCs.

warp npc u need a dll yes core work is added, the inn is simple just change the inn npc to faction 35 and spawn one at the mall thats it.
