How to back up npcs's from server when they are spawned on server with gm commands?

Meaning custome npcs without spawn points, was spawned on server, I want know how save the spawn points and the custome npcs so dont have to re spawn them all again, thats also when server crashes or when improve the server with new sqls to database.
