    Wouldnt it be possible to take a random creature.. (many wont fit size and shape of char but some might).. And use it

    Nope cuz a mount is a spell really
    You click the mount which casts the spell to mount you
    and in order to edit spells u need a DBC/MPQ editor...
    And have a patch...
