Respawning at wrong spirit healer

Theres actually two problems i'm asking about, the first is this:

Whenever a horde character dies, they're sent to a spirit healer in Dun Morgh outside of IF. I've killed my poor undead throughout various areas of the world (except outland) and just end up spawning infront of that spirit healer in Dun Morgh.
Edit: Alliance respawn ontop of their body, they are NOT sent to a spirit healer at all.

Also, the quests don't work. An error about it is said "invalid format in quests (95/94)". Thats all I can really give details about... no ! or ? above character heads, just not quests at all.

Server is running Antrix Core 522 and Terranet DB Rev5.

Get terranet v6 and make sure u extract the maps:SniperHea

Okay i now ahve rev 6, and im pretty sure id id the maps right. can you tell me how to the maps, just in case i did it wrong?

Okay i did you one better and got terranet db 7, and i extracted the maps. This still hasnt fixed it. anyone have any other ideas?

yeah, just extract you maps to DBC folder if you are ever using julianx's repack
