Riding skill?

Hi all I'd like to know where to learn the "riding" skill... Is it a npc that teaches it, or is it only for a specific class?

a npc teaches it...theres one in every city...but any ally can learn the skil from ally riding trainers and the same with horde....

ally =
eastvale logging camp - east border of elywnn forest
exodar - outside - west border of azuremyst
darnassus- from the bank go north over the bridge
Iron Forge - from kara place near gnome and dwarf starting place go east to small town trainers there

horde =
blood elf - from silvermoon city entrance follow path east/south east
tauren - trainers in town in middle of map
orc and troll - shi'jan city or something....east of starting place
undead - brill

EDIT: I would need some help finding the trainer in the blood elf city... O.o Can't find it... :(
