scriptdev2 help

hey, im using this guide to compile mangos on my mac, but i got to a part where i need to patch scriptdev2, i have the patch, but i dont know what file to patch! can anyone help me?
(i compiled the 1.12.1 version before, then deleted it [messed things up] but without scriptdev)

make a file called scriptdev2 in where the execute(e.g. for windows that is a .exe file) able files are and put patch in the file and your done i think...
