scripts.sql not working

Something isn't working for me (Mangos 3102)

ERROR:`creature_template` table is empty!

Which sql file is that?
My server is running, but without npcs and monsters ^^

I thought myself it was scripts.sql.. but i can be wrong.. I ran it and it didn't work (it gave sql errors aswell, database not selected)
