Serious Ascent/Blizzard Bug (Not a noobie startup quuestion)

I run a public server running ascent rev 2365 and the newest ncdb. I applied the level cap to get past level 70 and when my players level past it every things fine. Except for when they log in the big yellow ring pops up and levels them down. If anybody could please point me to where this code is so I can fix it. Thanks in advance

It's a terrible idea altogether from Burlex himself to adjust the level cap. Leave it alone.
