The guide link is for the entire windows setup. Just follow the Map and DBC extraction portions if thats all you need. Links to the necessary files are at the top of that post. The forums you are registering for are the official MaNGOS project forums.

If it isn't included in the latest revision of Scriptdev2, or for MaNGOS then it isn't included in this pack.

If you mean like a chat logger patch, honor patches, and other items like that. No. If it isn't official I don't play around with it.

For those following the guide make sure you download winMPQ and not try to open the MPQ files with notepad ;)
