Share DB with alrdy installed MySql

Hello. I decided to try out WoW Honery Repack. And it's all pretty cool. So i used to use that repack. And now i want my friend to be able to change things in the DB. But you open a file called mysql.bat. And you can only chose that you want people to acces to DB in the installed MySql. So i wanted to know... Is it possible to allow my friend to connect to DB with this kind of mysql? If not i will wipe server. I made it for him. So i would be happy if some1 could help :)
