Some help with SQL server for wow

Sorry if this has been asked many times but I'm having a problem with my Mangos I can't get to work. I am running windows Vista and I had this same problem when i had xp x64. I somehow resolved it then but can't remember how. Either way I can get my SQL 5 community to instal but when i run instance config wizard. I can do all the recommended steps till you tell it to execute then it will prepare config, write config file and then errors on start service. Says cannot create Windows service for MySQL. Error: 0. Any help in this would be greatly appreciated.
