Some Questions BC: Mangos 2.0.10!

Ok my question are:

1) How do i use Mangos item creator ? i have read it and cant see where is the "following SQL querey" is.

2) How do i get my created item into my game ( game id that i can use creat it i know that it will coneed to the DB so ill be happy if some1 will tell me how to do it).

3) About some commands i have miss at my command table at the DB mangos_bc i have fount new table but i dont know how to input it to the old one (upgrate it) i try use MDH but it wont work for me some erroer that the program arent runing well. so if u can tell me how to do it manualy ill be gledfall.


IMPORTANT: Im serching for some GMs to make the server funer and to handel with the bugs i got who is intersted plese let me know but it will goes for thos who will help me out with my problams.
