Something I'm doing wrong with WoW Vendetta?

So I'm using WoW Vendetta to create a weapon. I fill in the info, and I give it the item ID 36000. However, when I go in-game and spawn it, it doesn't work, not a valid ID.

I downloaded the Batch File that it created and then executed it via Restore SQL Dump in SQLYog. Is there something I'm doing wrong? I'm thinking it has to do with CSV files, but it's a pain in the ass to convert txt to CSV without Excel (I don't have Microsoft Office, sue me <.<)

Do I have to make it into a CSV file or what?
