Spirit healers won't do anything if I spawn them

All the normal spirit healers in game will talk to me and res me when I am dead.

But when I spawn one myself it won't talk to me. It just stands there and only shows up when I am dead like it is supposed to. But it won't talk or res anyone.

I restarted the server. Same thing.
Stable 3_8 running NCDB. Anyone know why this is happening.

Do a creature .lookup for the creature "Spirit Healer". See if more than one entry comes up. Try both or all.
