Starting up the server, error! Using Antrix 2.1.0

Hello folks, I just downloaded everything that's needed for an Antrix 2.1.0 server.
I did the guide but I got a problem when I am trying to start my server.

    I get this message:

I have tried to change the "127.0.0.1" ip to my own, but it doesn't work.
I have also tried to shut down my firewall, but still doesn't work.
Whats wrong? Can it be fixed?

Please help a beginner, I'm begging you.
