Stats Editing and Innkeepers that crash the server?

Anyone know how/where to change the base stats "worth" ro soemthin like on some servers the AP is 2x the sum that says on the item, for example if the item says it adds 20 AP it gives 40 AP instead. Anyone know where to edit this??

And another thing, anyone know what the prob is when talking to a Innkeeper it crashes the server?
