Stuck in Connect

hello im new in the forum and i try to mount a wow server with mangos (sorry if my english is bad)
the problem is when i connect it connecto to the realmd but it doesnt past the user to mangos. this are the logs :

in the db i have the wan ip of the server machine (realmd table:realmlist; and mangos table: realmlist)
so i cant find where it stuck.... y tried in two server differents (both gentoo linux) and in both is the same problem.
so i hope you can help me!!
