Thx to Burlex(from emupedia) there finally is a sand box for BC. For those who dont know what a sandbox is -its an emu but you can only login, create char and enter the world(no mobs , npc, spawns etc...)

Enter any account name, with the password as nopass
when you're in world, you can change it with .password <newpw>
it'll save either on logout, create, etc, or on .save

Hey it could be nice if they can make a command in the sandbox so you can create monsters and items we need to respawns only the monsters and items =)
if you spawn only a one mob the sandbox become an emu...
