TerraNet Rev4 or 5 download help

I am unable to get the 3 links for the downloading of the database files to work. Is anyone else seeing the same issue? Also if there is a different location to download from it would be greatly appreciated.

I really just need to hear it from someone else that the links are not working. If they are then I will know it is my end and will then try something else.
