To anybody having the realm select loop using MaNGOS

I've noticed several people asking about the realm select screen looping. I had this problem also and this is how it is fixed:
Go into your SQL editor, open the "realmd" database, then open the "realmlist" table and change the values for name and address to the proper ones (ie if you are on a LAN the address could be 192.168.0.1). It can only be the default (127.0.0.1) if you plan to play the game on the computer that MaNGOS is installed on. This solved the problem for me.

I get the realm loop no matter what address is used in the realmd database. The problem is only solved when I back out and log in for a second time...breaking the loop. I have no idea why this works, but it does for me.

hypnato i have the same issue! :-( i can solve it that way but its very annoying to have to do that every time i want to change realms...any other solutions?

yup i get this looping thing, only logged in once (jus started), and had to do it the way hypnato said.
